As a Leasing Agent with KeyOne, you’ll be responsible for finding qualified tenants for the rental properties assigned to you.
Our Leasing Agents are responsible for actively marketing available properties, generating and managing leads, conducting showings, following up with prospective tenants and collecting the documentation required for rental applications.
What You’ll Do • Market assigned rental properties across approved platforms and channels • Create and manage rental listings • Generate and respond to prospective tenant leads • Schedule and conduct property showings • Follow up consistently with interested prospects • Collect rental applications and supporting documentation • Coordinate applicant information with our screening and management team • Maintain organized records and updates throughout the leasing process • Work toward successfully leasing assigned properties

What we are looking for
• Strong communication and sales skills • Comfortable conducting property showings • Organized and consistent with follow-ups • Confident speaking with prospective tenants • Self-motivated and results-driven • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
